The public intake forms are for interest and scope descriptions only. Do not paste confidential, regulated, private, legal, medical, financial, security, credential, classified, export-controlled, or proprietary source information.
Information collected
Depending on the form you choose, FlameSync may collect your name, email address, organization, cohort profile and availability, learning goals, time zone, Studio edition interest, intended software uses, AI export platforms, operating system, beta interest, project problem class, rough archive or project scale, authority status, sensitive-data status, general descriptions, consent, and basic security logs.
How it is used
To evaluate fit, choose cohort scheduling, manage waitlists, respond to inquiries, route project requests toward the smallest responsible next step, prevent abuse, document scope discussions, and meet obligations. FlameSync does not sell client or prospect data.
Secure project transfer
Transfer occurs only after scope approval, agreement, required payment where applicable, and the relevant activation controls. The public website has no file-upload endpoint.
Restricted data
Do not provide medical information, card data, identity records, children’s data, classified material, credentials, private keys, biometric data, safety-critical information, proprietary repositories, or confidential archive contents through a public form. A form response that says sensitive data is involved does not mean FlameSync has accepted custody of that data.
Local software and your files
No FlameSync local application has been released yet, so nothing described here is running on anyone's machine today. Released local software, including the planned Archive & Evidence Studio, is intended to process archives on your own computer. FlameSync should not receive, read, or retain the conversations, documents, or projects you process through the core local workflow, and no account should be required for core use. The software is to be built and tested not to send document or conversation contents as telemetry, and not to upload your archive automatically or process it in the cloud without disclosure. Crash reports, if offered, are to be optional and to require your explicit consent. Files the software creates are intended to stay on your machine and under your control, including your responsibility for backups. Any optional network feature, such as an update check, is to be disclosed in the release documentation. These are commitments that must be verified before release, not statements about shipped software.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry, cohort-interest, and waitlist records are retained only as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, follow-up, security, and recordkeeping. Project materials follow service-specific terms, delivery confirmation, retention countdown, and deletion records. Clients maintain independent originals.
AI-use disclosure
Approved AI-assisted tools may support drafting, organization, or candidate generation when permitted. Automated candidates are not confirmed findings. Material conclusions follow the human-review standard in scope.
Providers, payments, and security
Hosting, email, payment, scheduling, secure-transfer, or approved technical providers may process limited information. The website does not collect card data. Reasonable safeguards reduce but cannot eliminate risk.
Your choices
Ask to correct or delete an inquiry, waitlist, or cohort-interest record, subject to obligations, at hello@flamesyncharmonics.com.
