Convert
Import supported AI exports and convert them to Markdown, HTML, JSON, and indexed folders.
The FlameSync Archive & Evidence Studio is a local-first application for converting supported AI exports, packaging them with manifests and checksums, recording decisions, and producing a handoff package someone else can actually pick up.
In development. The Studio is released only after its published quality gates pass.
The Archive & Evidence Studio is being built and tested now. It ships only after export-integrity, installer, uninstall, backup and restore, privacy and network-behavior, documentation, and support tests pass against a fixture library of valid, malformed, incomplete, duplicate, and oversized exports. Prices and edition scope below are the planned v1 baseline and may change before release. Nothing on this page is available for purchase today.
Plenty of tools will show you an export. Far fewer will leave you with a record you can hand to someone else, or to yourself in six months, and have it still make sense.
Import supported AI exports and convert them to Markdown, HTML, JSON, and indexed folders.
Generate SHA-256 checksums, file inventories, manifests, duplicate summaries, and a verification summary.
Record decisions, evidence, alternatives, and what supersedes what, in a ledger that outlives the chat thread.
Export a project handoff package with current state, known limitations, and exact next steps.
These are the design commitments the Studio is being built and tested against. Each one is verified before release rather than assumed.
A successful conversion demonstrates only that the supplied data was processed under the documented rules. It does not prove completeness, truth, authenticity, or compliance. Unsupported or malformed records are never silently discarded; warnings stay visible and exportable.
One-time licenses with paid major upgrades. There is no forced subscription on an offline application.
A local-first starting point for converting one supported AI export into readable, organized files on your own computer.

Scope boundary: Personal, non-commercial use. One export processed at a time.
Next step: Start here, then move up an edition only if you need manifests, checksums, or project continuity.

Adds project continuity: decision ledger, source-of-truth index, contradiction register, and handoff packages.

Best for: Founders, consultants, and technical builders who need a project record that survives handoff and time away.
Scope boundary: Single-user commercial license. Contradictions are recorded for your review, not resolved automatically.
Next step: Move to Business for multi-device licensing, organization templates, and Release Evidence tools.
Team licensing plus reusable organization templates, custom branding, and Release Evidence tooling.

In development, and released only after the Professional edition proves stable and its support burden stays within budget. Join the waitlist to be notified.
Best for: Small teams and agencies that need a shared evidence standard across people and projects.
Scope boundary: Three devices under one business license. Priority support is bounded by published response times.
Next step: Escalate to human review only when the record shows conflicts that need judgment.
The application may suggest human help when it detects bounded conditions such as malformed exports, several unrelated source sets, unresolved contradictions, missing canonical files, unsupported claims, unverified code, or archives beyond published limits. It flags candidates for your attention. It does not determine truth, guarantee completeness, or certify compliance, and it never labels an automated candidate as a confirmed finding.
No launch date is promised here. The waitlist exists so the release is announced once the quality gates pass, not before.
